Refund Policy

We offer returns and refunds only in cases where the customer receives a wrong product or a damaged product.

Eligibility for Return/Refund

  • An unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof while raising any return or refund request.
  • Requests without a proper opening video will not be accepted.
  • The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Change of mind
  • Size or color preference issues
  • Minor variations in product appearance
  • Requests raised without an opening video

Once the issue is verified, the eligible refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
