Refund Policy
We offer returns and refunds only in cases where the customer receives a wrong product or a damaged product.
Eligibility for Return/Refund
- An unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof while raising any return or refund request.
- Requests without a proper opening video will not be accepted.
- The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind
- Size or color preference issues
- Minor variations in product appearance
- Requests raised without an opening video
Once the issue is verified, the eligible refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
